Most submissions are reviewed within 3–5 business days. If we need more information, we'll reach out via the email you provided.
Absolutely. Community members, case workers, or anyone who knows of a helpful resource is welcome to submit. You don't need to be connected to the organization, just have enough information to fill out the basics.
Use this same form and note "update request" in the additional notes field. Describe what's changed (hours, address, contact info, services) and we'll verify and update the listing as quickly as possible.
Never. Your name and email are only used by our review team to follow up if we have questions. They are never displayed publicly, shared with third parties, or used for marketing.
If a submission doesn't meet our criteria (e.g. it's outside Morris County or is a for-profit service), we'll let you know why if you provided an email. You're always welcome to resubmit with updated information.
Generally no, our directory focuses on nonprofits and government-backed services. However, if a program is specifically structured as a free community benefit (e.g. a free clinic run by a healthcare system), we'll consider it on a case-by-case basis.
Submit the form above with the organization's name and note "please remove, no longer operating" in the additional notes field. We'll verify and remove it from the directory promptly.
No limit at all. If you know of multiple organizations that should be listed, please submit each one separately so we can review them individually.
